These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RealmsDreamer, operated by KronArt EV. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. RealmsDreamer is a browser-based online game. Gameplay elements, features, and content may change at any time.
All in-game items, currencies, characters, and progress are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and remain the property of KronArt EV. Game progress may change or reset due to updates or balancing.
Payments for digital content are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store payment credentials.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted within 14 days if digital content was not delivered or a technical error prevented its use. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of progress.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KronArt EV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game or Website.
We may suspend or terminate access: For violations of these Terms, For security reasons, At our discretion. You may stop using the Game at any time.
These Terms are governed by European Union law and applicable national legislation.
All content including: Code, Graphics, Text, Game mechanics is the exclusive property of RealmsDreamer. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game.
